MAX IV is now open again for beamtime applications!

MAX IV is now opening new beamlines of relevance for the Life Science Community; the small-angle beamline CoSAXS and the STXM beamline SoftiMAX, which opens up for possibilities for projects benefitting from BioSAXS and spectromicroscopy.

In addition, the ligand screening platform FragMAX offers access and additional support and beamtime for FragMAX can be obtained through iNEXT-discovery. Through iNEXT-discovery beamtime for testing serial synchrotron crystallography at BioMAX can also be obtained.

HALOS project applications

If you are considering applying for beamtime at MAX IV, why not also submit an application for HALOS funding? Take the chance to apply for beamtime and have a MAX IV scientist as a co-supervisor in your HALOS project.

Please note that HALOS projects do not always require beamtime but you may still involve a MAX IV scientist as a co-supervisor for expertise in sample preparation, advice on complementary studies, or data analysis in your HALOS project.

For instructions to apply please go to HALOS 6-month project funding.
